Two activities that have gain much popularity among visitors to Nepal besides sightseeing and trekking are white water rafting and wildlife safaris in the Royal Chitwan National Park. Graded at Class 2 to 3, the Trishuli River is safe for beginners, and at the same time it offers plenty of big and bouncy rapids for an exciting run. Safari on elephant back inside the Royal Chitwan National Park is one safe way to watch big game which include the Great One Horned Rhinoceros and the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger.

Detail Itinerary
CHITAWAN PARK BY RAFT

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu . Meet at the airport and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Breakfast at the hotel. Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Drive to put in point and begin rafting in the Trishuli River. Lunch, dinner and camping overnight.
Day 04: After breakfast, more rafting for about 2 to 3 hours.
Disembark at the put out point and drive to the Royal Chitwan National Park. Arrive to the jungle camp and check in. After lunch, wildlife activities in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 05: Full day of jungle activities on full board.
Overnight at the Camp.
Day 06: Jungle activities in the morning.Check out after breakfast and transfer to Pokhara. Arrive and check into hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 07: Breakfast at the hotel. Half day sightseeing with boat ride at Phewa lake in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 08: Drive(Flight option) to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and check into hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 09: Day at leisure in Kathmandu for optional tours or personal activities. Evening, Nepali Cultural Programme with typical Nepali Dinner in traditional settings. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 10: Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to airport for onward connection.
