Designed for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, this itinerary encompasses all the major wildlife habitats of the Terai lowlands. Not found in other areas but only in the Koshi Tappu are the rare wild water buffalos. Likewise, while the chances of sighting tigers in Chitwan are rare, the possibility of seeing one or more in Bardiya is high. Chitwan of course is now the breeding ground for the once rare and endangered Great One Horned Rhinoceros. Bird watchers too can take advantage of exploring more areas to expand their check-list.

Detail Itinerary
WILDLIFE IN NEPAL

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Meet, assist & transfer from airport to Godavari Village Resort. Dinner and overnight in Godavari.
Day 02: Full day excursion with lunch boxes to Phulchowki Hill on 4WD Land Rovers/Land Cruisers. Dinner and overnight in Godavari.
Day 03: Fly to Chitwan National Park. Transfer through the jungles to the lodge. Arrive & check in. After lunch, explore the jungle on elephant back to view the wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 04: Full day of jungle activities at the Royal Chitwan National Park. All meals and overnight inside the Park in Tented Camps/ Lodges.
Day 05: Spend the morning with jungle activities. Transfer to the nearest airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for flight to Nepalgunj. Arrive and transfer to wildlife camp inside the Royal Bardiya National Park and check in. Spend the evening with some wildlife activities. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 07: Full day with wildlife activities as arranged by the camp. Full board accommodation & overnight at the lodge.
Day 08: Half or full day of jungle activities as arranged by the wildlife camp. Evening, drive to the tented camp for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Day 09: Transfer to Nepalgunj airport for flight to Kathmandu.
Arrive & transfer to the hotel & check in. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: A full day cultural tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: After breakfast, a half day?s of cultural tour at Kathmandu. Afternoon at leisure for personal activities/optional tours. HimalayanOnline will host a complimentary Nepali dinner with Cultural Show & R/T hotel transfers. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Transfer to airport for onward connection.
