| Day 03: | Lhasa: A rest and acclimatization day. – Hotel Sightseeing |
| Day 04: | Lhasa: Another rest day. – Hotel |
| Day 05: | Lhasa: Free Day. Hotel Note: All hotels from Day 1 to 4 with sightseeing in Lhasa on days 2 & 3 * Option exists here to have one extra day in Lhasa to be sure all have acclimatized. The itinerary will be altered accordingly |
| Day 06: | The Expedition begins! Starting out on our epic ride, whilst still acclimatizing, we end our first full day in the saddle at the base of the Khamba La. – camp |
| Day 07: | The Khamba La & Camp Today we cross the first pass – The Khamba La – camp by lake |
| Day 08: | Lakeside rides to Nagartse – Camp |
| Day 09: | This stage takes us onto Gyantse. – hotel |
| Day 10: | A long day Xigatse, – hotel |
| Day 11: | Rest day. Xigatse – hotel |
| Day 12: | Onto the Tsuo La Riding through to the distant Tsuo La, 80 miles away, we lunch along the Ra Chu River and camp the night. |
| Day 13: | To Lhatse?and on! Hotel/camp depending on conditions |
| Day 14: | To Shegar, with Everest in our sights- hotel * Rongbuk Valley- Everest Base Camp Extension Rongbuk Valley- Everest Base Camp…… 4 day Option |
| Day 1 (15): | We have allowed four days for our round trip to Everest Base Camp (EBC) in the Rongbuk Valley – two days to cycle in, one day in the Rongbuk Valley, and one day to drive out. – Camp |
| Day 2 (16): | It is a long, hard ride to Everest Base Camp. Our goal though is an hour beyond the Rongbuk Monastery, at 5200 meters. * -Camp |
| Day 3 (17): | A rest day to take in the full sights of Everest north face and explore Around base camp & beyond for those up to it. Rongbuk Monastery Guest House or camp |
| Day 4 (18): | We board our transport for the drive to Tingri. A much warmer camp outside of Tingri will greet us tonight. – Camp |
| Day 14 (19): | Through Tingri & towards our final passes. – Camp |
| Day 15 (20): | Onto Nyalam (3750m)- camp |
| Day 16 (21): | To Zhangmu & Nepal. – Luxury tented camp |
| Day 17 (22): | Take the van during the day after a late departure from camp into Kathmandu – hotel |
