| Day 01: | Arrive in Paro – Thimphu (L/D) Upon arrival in Paro, you are met by Wind Horse Tours staff and guided to Thimphu (2 hr). After lunch, visit different sights in Thimphu. Overnight at River View Hotel or Jumolhari Hotel |

| Day 02: | Thimphu Sightseeing (B/L/D) Full Day tour of Thimphu’s cultural sites and monuments including Tashicho Dzong, Traditional Art School, Markets, Indigenous Hospital, Nunnery, Takin Sanctuary and others as time permits. Overnight at River View Hotel or Jumolhari Hotel |
| Day 03: | Thimphu – Gangtey (B/L/D) Drive across the spectacular Dochu La Pass to Gangtey, Phobjikha Valley (5 hr). Visit Gangtey Monastery. Overnight at Dewachen Resort in Phobjikha |
| Day 04: | Gangtey – Wangdue – Punakha (B/L/D) In the morning, walk in the valley and later drive to Punakha, visiting Wangdue Phodrang town and the Dzong en-route. Overnight at Meri Phuensum or similar |
| Day 05: | Punakha – Paro (B/L/D) In the morning visit the impressive Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang. After early lunch, drive back across Dochu La Pass to Thimphu (3hr) and then continue to Paro (2 hr). Overnight at Gangtey Palace or similar in Paro |
| Day 06: | Paro Valley Tour (B/L/D) In Paro, visit Rinphung Dzong, National museum, Kichu Temple, Drugyal Dzong and Dungtse temple, farm house and stroll around the town. Overnight at Gangtey Palace or similar in Paro |
| Day 07: | Paro Valley (Takstang) (B/L/D) Today you can hike up to Takstang and visit other the sites in the valley. If you prefer not to hike, you may drive towards Chele La Pass or do other excursions from Paro. Overnight at Gangtey Palace or similar in Paro |
