Detail Itinerary
| Day 01: | Arrive at Paro Airport and drive to Kichu Resort.In the evening an orientation talk will be given by your local escort with a short documentary film on Bhutan. Overnight stay at Kichu Resort. |

| Day 02: | Morning drive to Drukgyel Dzong. On the way back visit a typical Bhutanese farmhouse and sightseeing trip to Paro bazaar. Lunch at Kichu Resort. After lunch drive to Taa Dzong which houses the National Museum followed by a short walk to Paro Rimping Dzong. Overnight at the Kichu Resort. |
| Day 03: | A short drive to Satsam Chorten. From there a 2 hour horse ride to Taktshang till the viewpoint of the Monastery, where light refreshments and lunch will be served at the Cafeteria, followed by a short walk to Satsam Chorten and a 2 hour drive to Thimpu. Overnight stay at Hotel River View. |
| Day 04: | In the morning witness mask & folk dances performed by the Royal Academy of Performing Arts and visit the memorial Chorten and National Library. Lunch at Hotel River View. After lunch a visit to the Handicrafts Emporium and a sightseeing trip to Thimpu town. Overnight at Hotel River View. |
| Day 05: | In the morning visit the Painting School followed by a short drive to Dechenchholing to see the traditional gold and silver smiths and their crafts. Lunch at Hotel River View. After lunch 2 hour drive to Punakha across Dochula Pass (Alt. 3100 m) On the way back light refreshments will be served at Dochula Cafe. Overnight stay at Dechen Cottages. |
| Day 06: | Morning drive to Punakha Dzong followed by a visit to Punakha High School. Lunch at Wangdiphodrang. After lunch drive to Tongsa through Wandiphodrang. Overnight stay at Sherabling Lodge, Tongsa. |
| Day 07: | In the morning a visit to the outer premises of Tongsa Dzong and the Taa Dzong ( Watch Tower ) followed by leisure time in Tongsa Bazaar. After lunch a 2 hour drive to Bumthang valley across the Yotonla Pass (Alt. 3404 m). Overnight at Hotel Wangdiphodrang, Bumthang. |
| Day 08: | Drive to Ura. Visit Ura Lhakhang and after lunch drive through the picturesque valley of Bumthang to view Kurje Lhakhang, Tamshing Lhakhang and Kuenahusum Lhakhang. |
| Day 09: | Early morning drive to Thimpu. Picnic lunch at Rukubji. Overnight at Hotel River View. |
| Day 10: | Early morning drive to Paro for departure. |
